Ramsey Business Park, Cambridgeshire

In August 2010 Abbey gained consent for a 16 acre, 220,000sq ft Business Park in Ramsey, Cambridgeshire. The new Park is located next to the world first carbon-zero Supermarket which opened in December 2009, planning for which was also secured by Abbey working with Tesco.

It is our intention to continue the renewable theme throughout the Park and have secured consent on part of the Park for a Combined Heat & Power facility.

As well as the CHP unit the Park will provide the following accommodation:

• Offices
• Trade Counters
• Car Sales
• Kindergarten
• Enterprise Centre
• Industrial / Warehouse

We are currently working up the detail of the first phase of development with construction likely to commence in 2012
